Here comes the lavish spread from the Salad and Starters which included Sushi of all types, Chicken Salad, Raw tomatoes, Aloo Chana Chaat, Pasta with Grilled Vegetable salad etc.
Everything was perfectly done and tasted so divine and delicious.
Here comes the Arabic Cold Mezze which included Hummus, Muhammara, Baba Ganoush, Beetroot Moutable, Cheese Salad, Burgul di Banadoura, Fattoush etc.
I was impressed by the presentation, taste and also how fresh the dishes were prepared. I was in love with the Beetroot Moutable and I ended up having one packet of Arabic bread for it.
From the Hot Mezze there was a lavish spread of Chicken Liver, Shish Taouk, Lamb Kofta, Cheese Sambousek and Spinach Fatayer.
Everything was prepared fresh, warm and served hot.
The Lamb Ouzi was prepared with so much delicacy, the meat all juicy and tender. The rice was so well mingled with the meat. It played a flavorful taste which really melted in my mouth will all its deliciousness.
From the mains I tried the Asian Chicken Curry which was prepared the same way my mom cooks in her kitchen, all the spices mingles so well with the Chicken pieces and the gravy tasted so divine and delicious.
Chicken Briyani, it was my hubby’s favorite and I can see him finishing in one go.
Kibbel Bil Laban, this was again a hit from the show. The kibbeh was so soft and tender and perfectly done with the laban cum gravy.
The Chicken Fatteh, this was the best. I can see everybody was just grabbing them on their plates and when I tasted it was an YES from my side.
Here comes my favorite part the Desserts, and over here at Al Bahou they had my favorites Um Ali, Kunafa, Saffrom Muhalabia, Lemon Meringue, Barazek etc.
Everything was so very delicious, it was heaven in my mouth and all smiles in my face.
Overall it was an amazing experience amidst the gorgeous setting and delicious food.
