The interiors shows places where you can enjoy Sheesha on one side and food on one side with modern and traditional paintings depicted on walls.
Here comes our compliments from the Chef Puraani Hummnus, the name suggest that its a Zaatar Papri dipped in Hummus which tasted so delicious and the best way to start the meal.

Here comes the Amouse Bouuse, Kataifi Spear Chaat, it was kataifi smeared with our sweet yogurt which we preferably use for Chaat, it left a crisp and delicious taste on every bite. I really love the way they presented on a rustic iron with a molecular gastronomy to it.

Warm Baba Ganoush Cornetto, done with Tahini cream and Churan foam, basically baba ganoush is cold in any Arabic place but over here they did a fusion by making it hot and serve din a cone, It really tasted so well and served on a cute little truck.

Tempura Tabak Maaz, done with rogan josh glaze and mooli akhrot ki chutney. The meat all juicy and tender and the taste was so very divine. Served on a Rail which reminded me of my Rajdhani days back from Delhi to Assam.

Hanging Wada Pops, served with a trio chutney. The same taste whats inside the Wada Pao but here its hanging on a skewer and tasted so good with the chutneys.

Lamb Boti Chetinad, done with masala aloo mash and crispy crunchy roots. This was the hit of the show, the meat was so perfectly done, all juicy and tender and the masala infused till the last bite.

Butter Chicken Fateyer, served with a trio chutney. I really loved the concept of serving a scissor along with as the host says ”Life is so Simple” cut your Fatayer with your scissors rather then a knife.
Now comes the Mains and we were served :
Lamb Shank Shuwa : done with mixed berries pilaf and smoked desi ghee.
Smoked Butter Dal : done with coal smoked hint.
Chicken Wrestle Mania : done with minced chicken and served with buns.
Naan Basket : soft and tender Naans in 2 flavors.

Here comes the Desserts, it tasted so divine and the molecular gastronomy created really did a dramatic scene to it.

Overall it was an amazing experience and I must say this place is worth a try when food is concern.
