I was in love with this place from food, service to decor everything was perfectly culminated, artistically presented and of course the Chef being the winner of Thai Culinary award so no doubt in his delicious food.
We were served Prawn Crackers with in house dipping for condiments.
For the drinks I ordered the Daeng Manao Soda, it was prepared with Thai red syrup, lime juice and soda water. I love the colors of my drink as it turned from red to a delightful pink.
Here comes our starter, Neua Phayu Foon. it was done with strips of marinated crispy beef in roasted rice served with Thai north eastern sauce on the side. O this was so delicious, the beef crisp from outside and tender from inside. The sauce added so much to the flavor to the beef, it was the best way to kick start a delicious menu on the line.
From the soup we tried the authentic and tradition Tom Yum, it was spicy and sour mixed sea food soup with hot basil leaves. O MY GOSH!!! I have never tasted so refreshing and mouthwatering soup before, it had the perfect flavors and all the ingredients mingled so well with each other.
Being a blogger have tried almost all the places in Dubai which serves Thai but over here at Wise Kwai this soup was the best in town.
From the Salad we tried the award winning dish, Som Tam Pin Tho. Special salad served in Thai traditional tiffin adding our choice of Thai Salad.
We chose the Som Tam Thai, that is Thai green Papaya salad. This wa sthe perfect, flavorful and full of delicacy. I never though a slaad would have tasted so delicious. All thanks to the Chef.
From the mains we ordered the Red Curry, done with egg plant, pineapple and cherry tomatoes. We went with the beef option and I must say it was the most delicious, perfect and divine curry from the house. The ingredients mingled so well and left a delightful flavor on each bite.
Green Curry Chicken, with egg plant and baby plant. It left a very soothing, delightful flavor aftermath and went best with the sticky rice served the most traditional Thai way.
Pad Thai, stir fried rice noodle with chicken with ground peanuts and bean sprouts in tamarind sauce. This was again a hit from the show, Pad Thai always tasted different in most places but over here it was really good, perfectly done and the ingredients mingled well with each other.
Now here comes my favorite part the Desserts and Thai ones are always my favorite.
Tab Kim Krob, ruby water chestnut in iced coconut milk. O wow it was so beautiful to look at, I was simply staring at the beautiful glass where the dessert was presented so elegantly and gorgeously.
Thai Mango with Sticky Rice and Coconut Cream. This was again the traditional dessert to fall in love with, the mangoes all fresh, delicious and perfect with the rice and the cream.
Overall it was an amazing experience and I am definitely going back to try their other delicacies.
