From the healthy lifestyle we tried the Zucchini Noodles, done with black olives, toasted almonds and sun dried tomatoes. It was so very delicious, fresh and healthy. The color was very vibrant and appealing to the eyes.
I had an Omelette stuffed with Smoked Salmon and goose ham. This was served with a bed of salad leaves and tasted so divine and delicious to me.
Truffled Eggs, done with black truffle, toasted walnut bread, pea shoots and served with breads. It was my favorite dish and I am definitely going back for this. The eggs all medium done, very soft and tender and the truffle added so much to the character of the dish.
