Per Te, an Italian ristorante and cafe serving fresh and modern flavours located in Jumeirah, takes pride in offering versatile flavors that guarantee to make your taste buds pop. In an era where we are spoilt for choice, it is the experience that matters and Per Te comes out with flying flavors. From original wood fired pizzas, bread that’s freshly baked in house, smooth sauces with slippery pasta, to brilliantly brewed coffee, you won’t know where to stop. It doesn’t end here; watching the chefs prepare these delights before you in the open kitchen, is an indulgence in itself.
The interiors are so very welcoming, cosy and all wooden furnished touch to every piece of decors. Its Italy over here and with their outdoor, indoor and terrace gives you immense comfy and space.
As it was a chill weather I went with the hot drink and it was Cafe Latte.
We were served house made Breads and dressings of their own.
My friends daughter was accompanying me in my tasting and she had the most delicious Pizza, all in house from Per Te. Veg Pizza mixed with grille zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers and mushrooms.
Beef Tartar, done with arugola sauce, parmesan cream, quail egg and almonds. Though I am not a fan of the raw perspective for meat but over hear at Per Te you have to try this, so perfectly raw meat done and all the ingredients infused till the last bite.
Carpaccio, its Tuna served with olive oil and orange marmalade, citrus salad and violet potatoes. Loved the cute little potatoes, tasted so divine and the Tuna was though raw was of the best quality which can be felt on every bite of it.
At Per Te you cannot miss the Pasta and mine one was Paccheri Pasta. large tube of paccheri pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese served with fava beans and fennel seeds sauce. This ones the hit of the show, its not the regular pastas as these ones are so delectable stuffed and you get the most divine taste.
Pizza Tartufo, pizza served with porcini mushroom, goat cheese, ricotta cheese, rosemary potatoes and truffle paste. This ones my favorite, love the flavorful aroma of the truffle which was mingling along the other ingredients.
Pansotti Brasato, fresh home made pasta served with wild and beef stew, brown butter truffle rice.
Risotto, carnaroli rice with pink prawns, zucchini and black bread crumbs. This one again my favorite, perfectly done rice with the delicious prawns.
Penne Arrabbiata, penne pasta cooked in a tangy tomato sauce. With the delicious lobster pieces and it even more delicious and divine.
Lamb Chops with balsomic shallots and roasted potatoes. This one was medium done, so very juicy, tender and divine in taste.
This is a must try at Per Te.
Now here comes my favorite Dessert ”Per Te”.
Live plating of pannacotta served with caramel, coffee sauce, saffron ice cream, caramel semipshere, fried sweetened tagliecella pasta, moringue etc. This one was so gorgeously laid, tasted delicious and so very appealing to the eyes.
Bronze Chocolate Cake, it was done with cherry flavored dark chocolate in a smooth chocolate brick, served with fig ice cream and mango sauce.
I was so taken back by the gorgeous plating, really wanted to stare it the whole night.
It was such an amazing experience and recently my taste for Italian cuisine has gone up in my list and I must say this place is worth a try.
