I was lucky enough to try their delicious Japanese cuisine all presented well and taste divine.

To start with I was served Mochaccino, done with Cappuccino and dark hot chocolate. What a refreshing way to start a meal in this chill weather.

Served with Matcha Ball Chocolate all the way imported from Japan. Exquisite Uji Matcha used lavishly used in combination with creamy milk chocolate. Covered with a thick matcha chocolate coating, this ones the hit of the show.

My hubby enjoyed his regular Mojito, it was refreshing and delicious.

To get in to the local market they have introduced an Emirati Breakfast which is really loved by the locals, its sweet noodles with fried eggs on top. O must say if you have this for breakfast, your day is made.

Emirati Breakfast

For starters we were served Cucumber Rolls, done with cucumber, carrots, cream cheese, capsicum and served with Soy sauce. It was so gaudily presented as the first look of it WOW from me. Delicious bites of chill cucumbers just the way you want it.

For the soups we had the Super Jet Chicken Noodles done with fried chicken breast, nuts, noodles and spring onions. It was a divine taste as I have never tasted a Japanese soup and topped with spices from Japan made it more flavorful and divine.

Spicy Rider Sushi, tempura with rice, nori, cucumber and spicy mayonnaise. This ones a hit of the show, say it presentation or taste, it tasted all very delicious and the want I always want my Sushi platter to be.

Sushi Sandwich, done with rice, nori, avocado, salmon, tuna, hamachi, tobico, wasabi and ginger. This ones my hubby’s favorite as I could literally see him gobble it in one go.

So here comes Dessert which is of course my favorite part and Japanese dessert always surprises me. We were served Yomoti, done with red beans soaked in soybeans milk and sugar covered with matcha powder and rice.

Doryaki, done with pancake with sweet.

Matcha Green Teais finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea. It is presented traditionally, about two to four grams of matcha is placed into the bowl, traditionally using a bamboo scoop called a chashaku, boiling water is added. The mixture is then whisked to a uniform consistency, using a bamboo whisk known as a chasen. There must be no lumps left in the liquid, and no ground tea should remain on the sides of the bowl. A sits bitter it was served with a Matcha Ball Chocolate.

It was so amazing to see the exact version of the Match Tea prepared in Japan.

The place is so creatively done right from the cutlers to the food, and here comes the most innovative one the wet wipes. You just have to press the lid and then comes out the wet tissue.

It was an amazing experience and our host Rafael was such a sweetheart, really knows the menu well. I am definitely going back to experience some biking games with delicious food on.
