Zahr El Rouman is a contemporary fusion Lebanese restaurant with a taste of tradition. They bring together extraordinary food that is reasonably priced in a warm and inviting environment. The bright and cleverly designed interiors are a sight for sore eyes after a hard day’s work. When you have your best companion every food is delicious, upon arrival we were served Pomegranate Juice done with ginger, cinnamon, salt and crushed ice. It was a refreshing treat to oneself ad the ginger added so much to the flavor of the drink.

We were served hot Lentil Soup with crunchy breads and lemons on it. It was such a relief on that chill weather.

From the appetizer we were served Hummus Bin Cammon, done with mashed chickpeas and tahina paste with lemon juice served with onion cumin sauce.

Beetroot Salad, beetroot with rocca walnuts olive oil and lemon.

Grilled Halloum with Rocca, done with rocca salad with halloumi, braised tomatoes, olive and walnuts.

Shanklish Flavor, shanklish mixed with parsley,tomato, onions and olive oil.

Kibbel Bil Joh, meat kibbeh dough stuffed with pepper, onions, walnuts served with yogurt.

Mouhamara, done with mixed walnuts, bread crumbs, pomegranate molasses, oriental red chilli paste and olive oil.


Falafel, grounded chick peas and broad beans fried and served with vegetable plate and tahina sauce.


Mixed Grill, prepared  with lamb brochette, shish taouk, meat kebab served with grilled onions, tomato, chilli bioaz bread.

Grilled Jumbo Prawns served with rice. All meaty, juicy and so very divine in taste.

Here comes my favorite part the Dessert and it was all very delicious, divine and perfect.

Grandmother Chocolate Biscuit served with Vanilla Ice Cream, it was a light texture of biscuit and chocolate very well mingling with the vanilla ice cream.
