Dubai’s first authentic Ramen house located at Ibn Batuta Mall with amazing Japanese menu and stay for the authentic freshness! It was a totally different experience for me as I have never been to any Authentic Japanese place. The dishes are worth a try and of course the Ramen’s are not to be missed.

Ramen is a Japanese dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat- or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as  dried seaweed  and green onions. Nearly every region in Japan has its own variation of ramen, from Kyushu to the miso ramen of Hokkaido.

To start with Chef Danilo guided me through the menu and got some real authentic Japanese cuisine on our tables.

Gyoza, Pan fried Chicken Dumplings served with a dipping sauce. The meat all juicy, tender and soft from inside. It reminded me of my college days dumplings which I use to have as we headed towards our campus hostel.

Tebasaki, Japanese style Buffalo wings, This ones my favorite, delectable bites of chicken wings which left a very flavorful aftermath from it.

Adegashi Tofu, crispy fried tofu in savory dashi sauce, This is for the veggie lovers as the Tofu used was itself leaving with a very flavorful taste.

From the mains I tried the Japanese Curry Rice, curry sauce served with steamed white rice and a topping of our choice, I chose the Chicken and it was worth a try, it had  a very strong flavor of authentic Japanese spices which added so much to the character of the dish.
