To start with from the Salad section we were served Fattouch, done with rocca, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, freshly squeezed lemon juice, virgin olive oil, hint of garlic and pomegranate syrup. Its always been my favorite salad and nothing can beat this to start a healthy meal with it.

Tabbouleh, prepared with fresh parsley, tomatoes, cracked wheat, onion, freshly squeezed lemon juice and virgin olive oil. The best think I love about this salad is the cracked wheat which gives a crunchiness on every bite along with the other veggies used.

Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice.

Here comes my Appetizer, Hummus with Meat. It was delicious prepared with blend of chickpeas, tahini, fresh lemon juice with sauteed minced meat. The meat gave a lot of character to the hummus and it went so well with the Arabic Bread served.

Mouhammara, prepared with mixed of bread crumbs. hot pepper paste & spices and topped with walnuts. This was the hit of the show it was happiness on every bite . It left a very flavorful and aroma to it and went best with the Arabic Breads served.

Cheese Rkakat, a special mix of cheese, herbs & spices and rolled in house made dough. It is served fresh on every order. The cheesy flavor added a lot of taste to the dough and you wont feel the heaviness after having a lot of Cheese. It infact increase your appetizer.

As Desserts are always the best part of any meal over here you should try the whole menu in regards to sweets.

Karbij, are small shortbread pastries filled with dates, pistachios or walnuts (or occasionally almonds, figs, or other fillings). They may be in the shape of balls or of domed or flattened cookies. They can either be decorated by hand or be made in special wooden moulds. Information by Wikipedia.

It is served with a delightful cream so that you can have it with the filled breads and it gives a juicy effect to the dessert. This is one of the most delicious desserts and a definite try at Kababji Grill.

Mouhalabieh, (in Turkish, meaning custard, Greek)) is a creamy pudding, similar to blancmange, in the cuisines of Cyprus and Turkey.

It is served in many versions, e.g. with chopped pistachios sprinkled on top (Lebanese style), date syrup topped with pistachios and walnuts (Israeli style), or with water in place of milk (Turkish: Su muhallebisi, Greek: (mahallepi tou nerou)). Flavorings such as vanilla, orange water, and rose water may be added to the pudding. Information by Wikipedia.
