The season for BRUNCH is here knocking on our doors to say good byes to summers and to welcome the lovely weather here in UAE. Brunches are always has been my favorite specially during the weekends where you do not wake up for breakfast nor you want to have a late lunch so BRUNCHES on Fridays are always in demand in UAE. The first ever Brunch for this season was hosted by the Cafe Kranzler, Kempinski Ajman as their 1st Anniversary at their open lawn overlooking the beach as Garden Friday Brunch.
The typical Friday brunch has got a whole new meaning at Kempinski Hotel Ajman, where it is brought outdoors and offered as an authentic dining experience on the lawn by the palm trees, with live-cooking stations, wooden picnic tables and special entertainment. The Friday Garden Brunch features Indian, Italian, Chinese and Arabic live-cooking stations, in addition to the German baker’s delicacies, live BBQ station with seafood and different meats, a large variety of mouth-watering home-made desserts and many more surprises.
I was overwhelmed by the explicit decors, hospitality, the lovely ambiance and the outdoor seating which surely took me back to my childhood picnic days with some of my best blogger girls. Much on the entertainment I was thrilled by the magician who impressed me with some of his finest magic tricks and I must say a show not to be missed.
To start your lavish spread of dishes you are suppose to pop up this smoked Candy in Nitrogen liquid and breathe out from your mouth, a fun way to welcome your guest.
The starters were kept indoors in a delightful way so that you do not miss any of those lovelies. Some of them were Smoked Duck with Fennel Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, Vegetable Terraine, Tomato Mozarella Skewers with Basil Pesto, Fussili Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad with Shrimps & Yogurt Dressing, Stuffed Artichoke with Mushroom, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Bean Salad, Fusaliya Bean Salad, Zaiton Salad, etc
My personal favorite was the Shrimps Cocktail, cold cuts of delectable Shrimps laid on a Caesar Salad.
Tomato Mozzarella Skewers with Basil Pesto, this one was the tangy version added to my Salad with some bites of cheese.
You cannot miss the grand Macaroon Tree specially for the grand birthday celebration at Cafe Kranzler for the Garden Friday Brunch.
There was also the option for late breakfast where some of my favorites were placed on the tables like Chicken Sausage, Roasted Potatoes, Baked Beans, Pretzels, Breads etc.
Crepe lovers here is a live section for you with surprising flavors and sauces.
Its always enticing to see the kids section and I guess that was the best meal indoors. The theme was totally going with the brunch, the MINIONS!! Various shapes of Minions cakes were in display with Nuggets, Pizzas and Fries. The kids were all going crazy about it.
I cannot miss the Chocolate Stuffed Minion Sticks, the chocolate melted on every bite,O MY GOSH!!! It still lingers in my mouth.
This was the most delicious healthy Salad and i took it live images of the Chef cooking.
My best drink of the day was Mango with Mint kept on the Iced trolley in a cute little jars, it was refreshing at that hour of time.
The BBQ Station was the best part of the Brunch and the menu goes like this :
The Beef Steak and Lamb Chops was the hit of the day, the meat so tender, moist and succulent and it really melted in my mouth.
The Shrimps and the Sea Bass was perfectly fried, very moist, delicious. The Sea Bass had its own divine taste but has to be eaten fresh and hot and I too tried my hands on cooking.
Arabic Station had my favorite Shawarma and i saw it live cooking form raw to meet in front of me.
The other delicacies from the Arabic stall are Saj, Lamb Liver, Fried Vegetables and Falafel.
The Indian Cooking Station had the flavors from India included Dal Bukhara, Kadhai Paneer, Safron Rice, Murg Khurchan, Tulsi Chicken Tikka, and freshly baked flavored Bread ( naans).
Murgh Khurchan was very relishing with the naans.
The Tulsi Chicken Tikka were velvety chicken pieces with mild flavors.
I loved the attire of the Chinese Station it was an attractive Red Van serving Dimsums, Spring Rolls, Chicken Noodles etc.
The Italian Station had some delicious Pastas and Spaghetti of my choice of sauce.
Here comes my favorite part the DESSERTS and this place had some of my lovelies starting from the Chocolate Shawarma to Hibiscus Yogurt Mousse, Raspberry Pistachio, Opera Cake, White Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse, Coffee Chocolate Dessert, Caramelized Pineapple with Coconut Cream, Mango tarts, Date & Mohalabia, fresh fruits, icecreams and a lot more.
The Buffet is priced at AED 185 and I assure you will have a lovely time dining at Kempinski Ajman overlooking the Beach, Outdoor Dining, Good Food, Live Station and Live Music on. So enjoy your winters with your loved ones at Garden Friday Brunch.
