The Brass welcomes you with a warm hospitality and your first spotting of the place. Old Sacks of coffee placed on wooden ladder walls, a cold coffee apparatus placed like some serious experiments going on, the delicious spread of Bakes & Cakes, an old tree placed at the center giving you an environment where you can sit and enjoy your 50 Shades of Grey, my latest read. There’s also an “east meets west” theme, which is reflected in the range of Arabic and Turkish coffees and sandwiches on offer. The whole ambiance is like shouting you in whispers “COME ENJOY YOUR BEST COFFEE”.
You cannot miss the quirky Quotes on Walls, all about Coffee’s.
I was led by a very passionate foodie Mr.Erald, he knows all about his place and the food. Always smiling and chirping, this is what you get one more reason to visit The Brass again and again.
As i was going through the Menu, Erald suggested me to go with his favorite Lavender Honey Latte. Its delightfully prepared with honey lavender syrup, single espresso, steamed milk and floated with dry lavender flower. O what a lovely!Coffee with lavender is what i am going GAGA over. You can feel the instant lavender spiked flavors on every sip, this is the drink for all coffee lovers served in a beautiful transparent glass where you can see the layers of honey, lavender, latte so well.
Enjoy the aroma and enjoy your coffee!!
My friend, dineoutdubai went for the fresh juices i.e the Green Apple and i could see the light greenish radiant color it left after every sip. So its all fresh and healthy at The Brass.
I am a breakfast person when my eyes pop into the breakfast section of the menu i know i have to have this during the evening hours. It was very sweet of Mr.Erald to have me my Omelette with Cheese and Mushroom with Breads and Salads at that time of hour. At that time it tasted so delicious just imagine your breakfast dose it will be heaven to me.
The Omelette was like some angel landed in the kitchen of Brass and prepared it for the chef. It was cheesy, and the mushroom flavor left an marvelous taste to it.
Tandoori Chicken Paratha, done with perfect chicken mince with pickles, mango and mint raita. I could never imagined my Chicken Paratha would be so very delicious and fusionized here at Brass, all thanks to the Chef at Brass. I really enjoyed my Paratha, the chicken was properly minced and the spices infused can be felt on every bite of it.
Pastrami Deli Sandwich, prepared with pickled onions, horseradish creme fraiche. mesclun, dijon, mustard on sesame bread. O what a lovely!!! Much appealing to the eyes and of course delicious to taste. The Pastrami has been incorporated from Spain and it was indeed the best one i have experienced.
Look at my beautiful shot, feel like having this one now while writing.
Now these are beauties i got from the shelves to have a picture collage for me, all baked fresh and healthy at The Brass.
Moroccan Tea, is a green tea prepared with spearmint leaves and sugar, the serving can take a ceremonial form, especially when prepared for a guest. The tea is traditionally made by the head male in the family and offered to guests as a sign of hospitality. Typically, at least three glasses of tea are served, and it is considered impolite to refuse it.
It is poured into glasses from high above to swirl loose tea leaves to the bottom of the glass, whilst gently aerating the tea to improve its flavor.
Now in a coffee shop without tasting dessert will be a huge crime for me and with the smells of freshly baked cookies, cakes, pastries, croissant etc you cannot leave the place without having a bite of it. We ordered for the Hazelnut Chocolate, O WOW MY GOSH!!!What a lovely it was. Crisp on the outer layer, soft and moisten inside. A heavenly delicious treat to oneself.
Overall i had am amazing experienced at The Brass, here i should not forget the apparatus having the Cold Coffee keeping it for more than 15 hours to brew it very well so when you sip you, it hits you right off.
