Table 9 the most hyped restaurant in Hilton Dubai Creek is setting foot to launch the Taste of Europe on 7th Sep Wednesday. So its time to prepare our palate for a burst of flavors from Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Italy and France. It is a unique concept restaurant in Dubai that has become a platform for talented chefs to create their own bespoke dining experience. This modern version of a casual-chic bistro welcomes you to an extraordinary experience whether for dinner with family and friends, a special occasion or a famous Dubai Brunch. Started in 2011 by Gordon Ramsay’s protégés, Nick Alvis & Scott Price and later under the reign of Darren Velvick, the restaurant has won several public and industry awards.
The decor of the place with a great touch of elegancy with white sheets on table, beautiful pearl curtains hanging from walls, dazzling lamps and an aura so welcoming and the feel of a homely environment.
The Taste of Europe was a journey to the culinary experience and it seem the whole Europe came on one single table. All thanks to Chef Esteban Andres Gomez Coronado, hope i took your name right this time. And why not a picture with him was worth a million.

I was received by the Restaurant Manager with a smile on her face, that’s what you need when you are expect8ng from a brand like Hilton. There were house made Breads on tables with the most delicious house made Spicy Butter, Lemon Olive Butter and the Regular Butter kept to make you feel that here at Table 9 everything is house cooked from the kitchen of Chef Esteban.
The butter’s were worth a try!!
To start with the Cold Starter from SPAIN, we were served Traditional Gazpacho & Anchovies Pintxo. The Gazpachos was a kick in this hot weather, a cold and refreshing Tomato Soup,delicious and mouthful. The Anchovies were properly done and an amazing combination with the crisp bread at the bottom. So a full fledged Cold Starter to start with and here begins the journey to the Taste of Europe.
Hot Starter was from PORTUGAL, it was like traveling through whole Europe in one dinner. S o it was Polvo A Lagareiro, it is Baked Octopus with baked Potato. A delicious treat to oneself, the Octopus perfectly done and the potatoes are always my favorites. The Olve was was delicious in the bowl and the Chef advised me to have with the house made bread and it was worth a try.
Our mains were traveling all the way from UNITED KINGDOM, Beef and Wild Mushroom pie, Mashed Pumpkin and Potato. Ii was the most delicious and succulent Meat Pie of all time. All juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes and the smoky pumpkins added so much character to the dish. Now as Mushrooms are my all time favorite sit added such an aroma and flavor to the dish. The smoky and burnt Asparagus and Carrots were like a silver lining to the whole dish. Hats off to the Chef for such marvelous creation.
The Pre Desserts from ITALY, Vanilla Panna Cotta and Poached Pears. The Panna Cotta just melted in my mouth, such a light and creamy texture my all time favorite. The Poached Pear was the hit of the show, the cream filling was generous and the pear all fresh, juicy and delicious. The whole dessert was served with a Vanilla Stick which added so much to the flavor of the sweet.I am definitely going back for this.
Now after roaming Europe i am pretty aware of from where the Dessert would be from, of course FRANCE. Chocolate Charlotte, its a house made lady finger filled with Chocolate Mousse, topped with fresh Fruits. Served with a Raspberry Sorbet. Everything ones want from a dessert that too French. The Chocolate Mousse all delicious, rich, thick and creamy and the Sorbet perfectly done, fresh from the kitchen of Table 9. The firstlook of it was WOE from me!!!

I had an amazing experience and got to try some of the finest delicacies from Europe, all thanks to Chef Esteban. The best thing what i liked was my fellow blogger was a vegetarian and they had quickly made everything for her in quiet a short notice and she loved her food too. Table 9 has earned a reputation for high-quality, original menus and a personalized dining experience.
