To start it of with the salad there was a spread of Pomelo Salad, Spicy Squid with Lemongrass Salad, Green Papaya Salad, Thai Chilli with Shrimp Paste Dipping Sauce Salad, Bamboo Shoot Salad, Spicy Minced Chicken Salad, All were deliciously tasty and every bite was WOW from me.
For Appetizer there was Chicken Wings in Thai Sauce, all juicy and delicious.
The Stir Fried Section had Shrimps, Squid with selected Veggies and Sauce.
The Beef ans the Chicken Satay,both were outstandingly delicious, served with a peanut sauce, it was juicy, tender, soft and spices infused till the last bite.
They had Tom Yum Prawn Soup and Tofu Seaweed Soup. My favorites is of course the Tom Yum.
Their were 3 Live Station,The Fruit Carving, which was done by the experts. It was seeing a magic with their knifes, so beautifully done and presented.
The next live station was The Steamed Flower Shaped Dumplings, each dumplings is handcrafted into rose petals, the filling is generous amount of chicken and the outer color is a bright purple, its more appealing to the eyes rather eating it.
The Main Course was a spread form the Thai Cuisine, all the best sellers and the signature dishes.
Steamed Fish with Garlic, Lemon and Chili Sauce, it was a delicious treat to oneself. The flavor all Thai, the fish infused with the ingredients used.
Sweet and Sour Egg, this was again a great hit by the team, eggs allspiced up with veggies giving a very light taste to it.
Thai Duck Red Curry, this one goes with the rice served. The curry is coconut based and have a hint of spiciness to it.
The Pad Thai was perfectly done, i could get the flavor of each and every veggies used.
Thai Fried Rice with Chilli Paste, this was above all the most delicious.I love the aroma, flavor,taste, the veggies used.In love with this dish all over again.
Thai Green Curry, this was again done on a live station, cooked with perfection, flavored so well giving us a traditional touch to the dish. Again one of the hits from the team.

Overall it was a delicious journey,i got to meet the talented Chef and many others on board. The Beachcombers serves international buffet style breakfast and Pan-Asian buffet dinner, A la Carte for lunch (every Sunday to Thursday) alongside weekend brunch option on Friday and Saturday. They also now offers a variety of Theme Nights running daily as per schedule.
