Whenever i take a sip of my tea it always reminds me of how my mothers kitchen was filled with aromatic tea of the morning and afternoon bliss. A lady from the tea exporters, Assam its very difficult to say that this is the best tea i have tasted apart from my own land. But Chaisai has has came upto my expectation and every sip of the different teas served reminded me of my mothers kitchen. It took me back to those mornings, my late night studies, friends hanging near the local store to get some sip of the tea. Here come in Karama, a cute little but a flashy outlet, the moment you enter is all funky posters depicting the place delicacies on walls, love the ambiance and the hospitality of the owner Miss. Manisha.
Now to start with the refreshing tea’s which really was a lot,
Desi Masala : Desi type chai made with fresh milk and special masala to excite your senses.
Adrak : Aromatic flavor of ginger on boil milk.
Tulsi Pudina : Divine taste of holy basil and pudina blended with our special milk tea.
Pudina Tulsi : A drink to lighten your mood with soothing flavors of mint and ginger in a milk tea.
The Love for Anda section was very tempting, so we thought of trying the Dynamite Omelette, a special omelette with spiciness on it, a flavorful dynamites on our plates. A best thing to go with Chai and Sai and this Sai is the best one. Served with a chiili based chutney.
From the Paratha section i ordered a Paneer Pudina, prepared with pudina and paneer, perfectly spiced up with the desi masala and served with chole masala and raita. Perfect for an evening snack out with Chai.
Now comes the delicious and the best seller the Pizza Paratha from the Chai Sai Signature Parathas, when a pizza meets paratha, its awesome trust me. All cheesy, house made sauce. The ebst goes with a cup of hot Chai from ChaiSai.
The Sweet Lassi was very refreshing and fresh.
Now comes the Chai Sai Special Sweet Paratha Roll, whats the surprise its made up with KitKat. Never imagined a kitkat will taste so delicious on a paratha roll.
The Sweet Lemon Juice, all freshly squeezed, the best thirst quencher for me.
Overall my experience at Chaisai was terrific, if you are looking for an evening snack out, a light and delicious meal with the best teas from desi origin then this is the right place for you.
