We went for a friends get together to Monsoon and the spread was delicious and luscious. We had on our tables small bites of Pakoras, Chicken Samosa, Aloo Tikki and Chilly Pakoras. They were delicious bites of happiness after a good day of fasting.

For salads we had a plate of Green Salad

For Cold Mezze there was there delectable spread of Hummus.

Then they were the delectable Dahi Vadas,  is a popular snack in India. It is prepared by soaking vadas (fried flour balls) in thick dahi (yogurt).

Papdi Chaat, papdi lot of yogurt.

Now comes the main course, which was the hit of the show.

To start with there was the spread of Chicken Dum Briyani, a delicious and exclusive dish at Monsoon. the spices all infuse with the chicken and rice.

Ajwani Fish Tikka, delightful pieces of fish marinated with the lightest of spices and infused till the last bite. The fish all tender and warm.

Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower with potato), a light mix of spices with the potatoes and cauliflowers, perfect with the Naan.

Mutter Mushroom Masala (grean peas with mushroom). This was my personal hit, all the ingredients spiced up to give us a delicious taste.

Rajma Butter (Black beans gravy with butter), a rich, creamy and thick dish which mingled perfectly well with the Naan.
