The servings of juices was my first spot at Arabesque, beautifully placed on jars with a slightly more variety as compared to other places. The Kamar Al Deen, Karkadeah, Orange, Jallab, Laaban and Tamar Hindi was so refreshing as soothing after a long day of fasting.
To start with these place serves the most delicious and with lots of diversity of salads, to name a few Smoked Salmon, Seafood Salad, Chicken Salad, Fish Salad, Tomato with Feta Cheese, Makdous with Tomato, Tuna Salad. All spreads were luscious and i bet i you will find so delicious salads ever, a heavenly feeling during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The Signature Salads were placed on a separate placing with the artistic cutleries used, placed ingeniously with the delicious delectable on. Rice Roll with Vegetables, Cucumber Gazpacho with Mint, Grilled Shrimps with Mango Salsa, Sweet Corn and Crab Meat.My personal hit was the grilled shrimps with mango salsa, a pungent taste to the tender meaty prawns. Lamb with Fasolia Salona, a different yet a delicious dish by the Chef. Perfect with rice or Briyani.
Lamb with Fasolia Salona

Lamb Ouzi,These dish is usually made with rice, meat, vegetables, and a mixture of spices. The spices used  are largely responsible for its taste, these are generally black pepper, cloves, cardamom, saffron, cinnamon, black lime, bay leaves and nutmeg. The main ingredient that accompanies the spices is the meat. The meats used are usually chicken, goat, lamb, camel, beef, fish and shrimp. The spices, rice and meat are augmented with almonds, pine nuts, peanuts, onions and sultanas. A popular way of preparing meat is called mandi. This is an ancient technique that originates in Yemen, whereby meat is barbecued in a deep hole in the ground that is covered while the meat cooks.

The Lamb Ouzi at Arabesque was so delicious and the flavor of the rice was done by the lamb itself, all juicy and meaty. My personal hit.
