Grand Barbeque Buffet Restaurant is the Largest Indian Buffet Restaurant serving in Dubai with authentic Indian, Chinese, Pakistani, Arabic & Continental cuisines. From the land of food lovers of India, China and the Arab World where people have immense love and passion for what they COOK and EAT, Grand Barbeque had come up with that level of expectation and heights. It seems the country’s have united in one table in the form of its best foods, serving to you the delectable dishes with experienced and talented Chef’s hands on fresh and delicious.
The ambiance will totally take you to the beautiful and sophisticated atmosphere all away, the beautiful chandeliers dazzling from the ceilings, the gorgeous decors on walls, the very well decorated buffet counters with live station on it, separate cabins, very spacious arrangements which accommodate more than 200 foodies at a time with comfy chairs for seating.
I visited this place on a Friday night out and i must say what a crowd i got there, fabulous!!. It was a Buffet dinner and so the delicious food was laid so presentable and delectable on their counters. The service was terrific as the staff was so professional and explaining each dishes from the counter and its a great help if you know before what theirs on a buffet counter before you start of.
As i mentioned their are 2 live station one for the Indian Chaats and the Pasta.
The Chaat Counter had Panipuri, Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Dahi poori, Papri Chaat etc. We tried the Pani Puri and it was so good and delicious.
The Pasta Station had Alfredo Pasta, Arabiata Pasta, Mix Sauce Pasta etc. All prepared with foodies choice of veggies and herbs.
From the Soup Section we had Chicken Talumein and Veg Pepper Coriander.
The Chicken Talumein Soup was hot and warm and delicious too. My personal favorite was the Veg Pepper Coriander Soup as i have a strong liking for coriander’s.
Their was a garden of Salads in the salad station, to name a few Arabic Salad, Red Cabbage Salad, Chicken Barbeque Salad, Hummus, Moutable, Pineapple Salad, Coleslaw, Baba Ganoush etc. Those were so fresh and refreshing and my personal hit was the Chicken Barbeque, Coleslaw and Baba Ganoush.
We ordered a freshly squeezed Orange Juice and Watermelon Juice, and it was fresh, juicy and so very refreshing.
From the Non Veg Starters we had :
(A) Veg Dimsum and Chicken Dimsum, and i must say both of these were so juicy and so generous in filling and specially with the house made sauce it tasted more delicious and tasty.
(B) The Chilli Chicken and Hot Garlic Fish were so delicious and my favorite starter of the show. I love the Chinese and when its Indianized i love it more. The best i have ever tasted.
(C) The Tandoori Chicken and Mutton Sheekh Kabab were juicy. meaty and so tender. The spices were so very well mingled along that it taste more and more delicious.
(D) The Murgh Malai Kabab and Satay Chicken, gave the best in taste specially the Satay Chicken was totally Thai in Thai and was the best.
(E) The Thai Grilled Prawns and Ajwaini Fish Tikka, i love the prawns and it was way too juicy and tender and the Ajwaini flavored fish was so well mingled with the spices used.
(F) Chicken Lollypop, the best one i have ever tasted. So juicy,so tender and so very delicious. I bet you cannot end up eating one.
From the Veg Starters we had :
(A) Honey Sesame Cauliflower and Crispy Veg Salt & Pepper. and i love the cauliflower and the honey so well blended it added so much to it. The Crispy Veg was a lot crispier and tender from inside.
(B) Veg Sheekh Kabab and Hara Bhara Kabab, the Veg Sheekh Kababs were the hit of the show and the Hara Bhara Kabab were so perfectly done with the spices and the herbs.
(C) Tandoori Subzi Chaat and Afghani Paneer Tikka, the paneer tikka were so soft and the spices used were so perfectly done.
Now the Main Course and we had a huge option for it :
(A) Gobi Matar Hara Pyaza and Palak Paneer, the ultimate veggie curries you have to try on. The Palak Paneer was just fabulous and tasty.
(B) Dal Makhani and Steamed Rice, my husbands favorite is always Dal Makhani and i think i got the right place for him, so creamy, so thick and yet too delicious.
(C) Hakka Noodles and Mix Vegetables, being a Chinese cuisine lover i loved the noodles ans it was so well done and went great with the other Chinese dishes being served. The Mix Vegetables was good and was best with the Briyani served.
(D) Vegetable Chilli Garlic Fried Rice, so perfect and the flavor of the garlic added so much to it, a bit spicy but i always like the spicy way.
(E) Chicken Dum Briyani, so light and so tasty, you don’t feel the oily way after you have it. perfectly cooked rice and the best spices used, so very well blended with the chicken pieces. A must try!!
(F) Kadai Murgh and Murgh Makhani, the Murgh Makhani was the best and my favorite it gave a sweet yet chilli taste to it which made it more delicious and tasty.
(G) Fish with Chilli Bean Sauce and Mutton Masala, love the fish and the bean sauce was way too tastier and delicious. The mutton was tender and the masala prepared went very well along with the curry.
For the kids menu they had French Fries and Pizzas, which is always very cool on board as kids love it a lot.
Now as i always have space for Dessert being my favorite part of the meal. this place has got some real cravings though. The selections are huge so you really have to keep a lot of space for filling in.
The Mahabalia, Mix Fruit Jelly, Custard, Cream Custard De Pot, Mango Pana Cotta, Vanilla Cheese Cake, Carrot Walnut, Strawberry Mousse were all just amazing and delicious, it was happiness inside my mouth, specially my hit was the Mahabalia, Custard, Mango Pana Cotta were too delectable and lingers in my mouth.
The Mini Gulab Jamun and Jelebi were just amazing, the Jelebis were warm and crispier so delicious and yet so delectable and the Jamuns were just filling up my mouth with small balls of happiness and joy, a must try out.
”Last but not the Least” has totally proved it right for this dessert, its the Belgium premium quality Chocolate Fountain with the Marshmallows. The Chocolate still lingers and if i have to only drink that for my entire life i will definitely would love to do that, so delicious, so creamy, so thick O MY GOD!!! just droplets from heaven in my town.. The marshmallows went very well with the chocolate as it was soft and tender.
A wide range of irresistible ice creams from beloved flavors such as Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry that add special touch to any dessert. High quality premium ice creams is what served in Grand BBQ Ice Cream Stall, so delicious and so very classy and sophisticated.
Overall my experience was just WOW in one word, i would like to Thank Mr. Haji Gani,one of the Owners of the Restaurant, The Head Chef Mr. Bharat Singh and Namith the host for the awesomely delicious night, if your looking for a tasty buffet within your pockets then this is the place with ample parking both front and back and with Valet on. The place gives you a sophisticated look and a very good option for parties, get togethers or so and it will be customized according to your wish. Lastly the food is what people will rather again come over and over!!!
