I Love Italian Food is an international network and a non-profit organization, that spreads its passion for Italian food and cuisine worldwide. Founded as a Facebook page by a group of Friends who wanted to share their passion for Italian food with the world. The group grew rapidly, reaching a large number of people united by the same passion and is now a large community of more than one million Italian Food Lovers from all over the world.Today, I Love Italian Food has developed a solid network of chefs, food bloggers, journalists, wine and food companies from around the world. The markets in which they are most present are the United States and North America, Europe, Brazil, the Middle East, Australia and South East Asia.
They promote Made in Italy agricultural and food products and do it :

– by realizing international events to give food professionals a chance to meet
– through projects we realize together with our associate partners
I Love Italian Food organisation hosted an event in conjunction with Gulf Food 2016, at TRE LOUNGE, Nassima Royal Hotel, Dubai.It was a great opportunity to meet chefs, food bloggers, journalists, wine and food companies from around the world. It was a social networking event and suppliers from the world was there to talk about their products. The partners in the event were Bauli Authentic Italian, DHL, Parmareggio, Molino Vigevano, Rizzoli Dal 1906, Due Vittorie and Smeg. They showcased their products and samples and we also got to taste some of it.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the Marketing team from Intelligent Group which is also a partner in I Love Italian Food organization, they specialize in Pasta making.

The event took place in the prestigious Nassima Royal Hotel at the Tre Lounge, located on the 50th floor, the glamorous Lounge Bar, features the signature private ‘Kings Room’ for those special occasions. One can enjoy a wide selection of Mediterranean tapas whilst sipping on signature cocktails, spirits and wines. As the evening moves on with DJ spins the latest tunes and the party continues into the late hours.
The menu for the evening was basically small bites which had the most Italian taste in it, Bruschetta with Tuna, Bruschetta with Tomato, Omelette Breads with Cheese, Parmesan Chips Cheese, Anchovis etc. The small bites were delicious and my personal favorite was the Parmesan Cheese Chips.
There was even a Bar for all the guest to enjoy the drink and socialize.

The organisation is pursuing its goal of sharing and spreading the knowledge of the Italian food culture through the promotion of a series of activities and projects and this event was a huge success in conjunction with Gulf Food as they were exhibitors and suppliers from all over the world who had a great chance to socialize and communicate.
